It can also include training support and maintenance of your PCs and mobile devices.

  • Multiple blocks can be purchased with one invoice and existing block of hours can be merged when purchasing a new block of hours.

  • Hours can be used at any time up to one year from their purchase date.

  • NO minimum monthly usage requirements.

  • Support is billed in 15-minute increments with no minimum billing, so you only pay for actual time spent by the engineer.
